Ghost Quartered.

Description of deck by its author (quoted):
I have seen some bickering recently as to whether Ghost Quarter is a good card or not, which got me thinking... with a little help from Life from the Loam, Ghost Quarter becomes a repeatable effect, which is nice.

It will take a while for your opponent to run out of land, but even a few activations of ghost quarter will make them much less likely to hit their next land drop; add in some land destruction and acceleration, and you're on a roll... Rolling Spoil, that is.

Also starring in this deck, we have a few little critters to help you pop up to three lands down each turn. Golgari Thug helps get Life from the Loam into your graveyard, and lets you retrieve any creatures you might mislay. Vinelasher Kudzu goes down early, and gets big quick once you start dropping three lands a turn; similarly, Ghost Quarter will make Vulturous Zombie very happy.

If you find yourself running out of deck before you run out of opponent, consider adding Junktroller and/or Loaming Shaman.

If you want to add some older cards, Terravore, Wasteland, Strip Mine, Ice Storm, Sylvan Scrying, and Psychogenic Probe are all worthy additions - you can drop the black altogether, and go mono-green.
