Description of deck by its author (quoted):
The elvish farmer kills the
saprolings from spontaneous generation, and you gain life and draw cards
from it. Once you have managed to pretty much draw your deck and have a
few creatures in play (an elvish farmer, wall of roots, and a few
saprolings), drop the cradle and tap it for (let’s say) 5 mana.
With that 5 mana you can play another
spontaneous generation (since you have nearly 40 cards in your hand,
that’s a lot of mana) and with that 1 green left over cast an emerald
charm to untap the cradle and tap it mucho mana.
Then, cast Gaea’s blessing and put
the charm, spontaneous generation and most likely another Gaea’s
blessing back into your deck. Use the farmer to draw your deck and
repeat.
It’s really just emerald charm + Gaea’s
blessing + Gaea's cradle, but you need some way to keep drawing them
over and over again. The Elvish farmer and Fecundity do that nicely and
the Spontaneous Generation gives you tons of creatures. This means more
mana and it keeps coming back for more creatures and more mana. |
