It's a pretty simple idea: drop weenies
(frequently on your opponent's turn- 16 creatures in the deck have
flash!), many of which mess with your opponent in some way. Ping away
until you can overrun with Garruck (who is really good in a primarily
blue deck), burn with Psionic Blasts, or just plain beat face with
Mistbound Clique. Resizes are great as either a one-shot Briarhorn or to
punish opponents that keep killing your faeries. The deck has a low mana
curve, lots of great creatures, and uncounterable removal and card draw
built into the land base.
