(quoted):
The object is to build up 15-20 permanents
then cast warp world. You can either float mana if you have extra or
hope you get at least 8 mana producers. When warp brings anarchist in
you grab it back and cast it again each time getting more permanents
until either: A Galvanic Arc kills them, or B You mana burn them to
death with spectral searchlight. If you float enough mana you can
probably cast another Warp if you have one in your hand or even hardcast
anarchist grabbing warp and then casting it.
