Description of deck by its author (quoted):
The key to making the "Bird from Hell" deck work is getting an enchantress into play as soon as possible. Try not to cast too many enchantments, if any, until you've got at least one enchantress out. Use Worldly Tutors to track down and enchant-a-babes; the more you have in play the better.

Once your've got the engine going, the deck practically plays itself. Only tap your lands as you need them so that you can play any Wild Growths or Fertile Grounds you draw on untapped lands. Don't woory about saving your enchantments for later, but try to cast the creature-buffers on your Birds of Paradise whenever possible. Flying makes them tougher to block, and if your opponent has creature elimination, you don't want him taking out your enchantresses.

When you've got enought enchantments in play, send a Rancored, Ancestral-Masked bird over to thwack your opponent and it's game over.

Top Combos include Ancestral Mask and Greater Good as well as Crown of the Ages and Argothian Enchantress.
