Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
Here is one of many good decks that i use when i want to beat my friends. Its a blue and black deck and it is for me to take out the my opponents good cards with Lobotomy's, Doomsday Specter, and Seer's Vision.

Also it is for gaining life for me and them losing life by Stormscape Master and Spinal Embrace. And last it is to bring out an 18/18 with flying into play with the Draco and Dralnu's pet.
