OK, the principle should be obvious... cast Confusion in the Ranks, then seal all of your opponents cards. Your permanents either don't care who owns them, or bounce back to your hand, or have echo costs that your opponent hopefully can't afford!

I'm tempted to remove the giant strengths, but haven't decided on the best alternative. Maybe I need a sideboard...
