Description of deck by John Streetz (not the creator of this deck):
The whole purpose of this deck is to get both Smokestack and Chronatog on the table.. and then keep skipping your own turn so that the effects of the Smokestack keep affecting your opponent(s) during their upkeep .. and thus dwindling them down to no permanents in play.  Mind you, you will need Smokestake in play a few turns so that it has 2+ counters on it.  This makes it devastation (and provides a better lock) on your opponent.  In order to get your combo in motion you will need Permission like Coutnerspell, Daze, Force of Will and Foil.  Then you have other cards that help search our and establish your counter like Meditate and Impulse.  It's an interesting deck to say the least.  Note: Force of Will works wonders in case your opponent casts something nasty during their many, many turns in a row.. since you don't have to tap anything to play it in reponse to his or her spell.
