Blink Touch WUB 2007.

Description of deck by it's author (quoted):
Touch Blink is a midrange control deck, created by superchevalier on MTGO. It runs creatures with powerful "Comes into Play" abilities (like Angel of Despair and Venser, Shaper Savant) and Momentary Blink to make the most use of those abilities. It also runs Aethermage's Touch, which is powerful in combination with the deck's creature base, as well as Momentary Blink. If you get a creature into play with Aethermage's Touch at the end of your opponent's turn, and Blink it during your turn, it will stay under your control. Using signets, the deck can create ridiculous plays like a turn 3-4 Skeletal Vampire or Angel of Despair.

Another variation of this deck is UWR and runs Bogardan Hellkite as its primary Touch target, with other creatures (such as Numot, the Devastator thrown in.
