A visual spoiler is a collection of images that share a
common theme. In this case, you will find all of the card images
for the creature type Elemental. The images are typically sorted
by color and then (hopefully) alphabetically by name. You can find
all of the images below this introduction.
Creature Visual Spoilers are an excellent resource if
you are looking to build a tribal deck. Pure casual (non-Magic
Online) tribal decks are decks that have sixteen or more cards of the
same creature type. Tribal Wars, a casual Magic Online format, requires
that one third of the deck be of the same creature type with a minimum
of sixty cards.
If you have any Tribal Decks you would like to see added
to the database, be sure to post your deck in the
Casual Deck Forum with "[TRIBAL]" in the
title. Note that only unique decks and decks that aren't already
in the MDV Deck Database
are chosen. MDV's Tribal Decks can be found
here.
This visual spoiler is also great if you are looking to
complete your collection of a particular tribe. Notice the
interesting tidbits and links to the right. If you have any
additional information for this list, please
email it to me.
At this time, this creature visual spoiler does not
include fictional cards, cards that interact with the tribe that aren't
actually in the tribe, cards that generate tokens of this tribe, or
actual tokens. This page does, however, include applicable cards
from [UN] products like Unglued and Unhinged as well as Tribal instants,
sorceries and enchantments.

Interesting Tidbits and Links
- Rust Elemental is the only artifact Elemental that
exists. It appararently embodies the process of rusting...
- Forgotten Ancient, aka "Mr. Babycakes" is a card that
we designed on wizards.com. While it wasn't popular in any tournament
formats, it's still a favorite of casual players like us.
- Celestial Ancient's artwork is a nod to Forgotten
Ancient. Notice the similarities between the two.
- Silvos, Rogue Elemental, is the only Legendary
elemental in the bunch. Personally, I think it has the best
artwork too.
- Greater Stone Spirit is a nod to Stone Spirit from
Ice Age. The Greater combines both the original card and the ability
from Stonehands (also from Ice Age).
- Elementals were well known for having the Evoke
mechanic during the Lorwyn Block.
