A creature visual spoiler is a collection of creature card images that share a common tribe.  The images are typically sorted by color and then (hopefully) alphabetically by name.  You can find all of the images below this introduction.  To the right you will find some interesting tidbits I've collected from various sources.  If you have any interesting facts about this tribe, send me an email.

Creature Visual Spoilers are an excellent resource if you are looking to complete a collection of this tribe or to build a tribal deck.  Pure casual (non-Magic Online) tribal decks are decks that have sixteen or more cards of the same creature type. Tribal Wars, a casual Magic Online format, requires that one third of the deck be of the same creature type with a minimum of sixty cards.

If you have any Tribal Decks you would like to submit to the MDV Deck Database (DDB), be sure to post your deck in the Casual Deck Forum with "[TRIBAL]" in the title.  Remember to use "[deck] [/deck]" tags so your cards are auto-carded.  Note that only unique decks and decks that aren't already in the DDB are chosen.  MDV's Tribal Decks can be found here.

At this time, this creature visual spoiler does not include fictional cards, cards that interact with the tribe that aren't actually in the tribe, cards that generate tokens of this tribe, or actual tokens.  This page does, however, include applicable cards from [UN] products like Unglued and Unhinged as well as Tribal instants, sorceries and enchantments.

If you would like to see cards that are capable of being any creature type, such as Mistform Ultimus or the Changelings from Lorwyn block, please check out the Changeling mechanic visual spoiler

Interesting Tidbits and Links
  • Mahamoti was the first Djinn ever printed.
  • Ben Bleiweiss wrote an article on www.wizards.com all about Djinns.  It's a good read.
  • Juzam Djinn goes for around $200.00!  He is also one of those cards that used to be in the Inquest Comic Strips where cards talked to each other.
  • It can be safely assumed that Erhnam is married to the Ifh-Biff Efreet, since they were named after Richard Garfield's sister Elizabeth (who, when she was young, couldn't pronounce her name) and her husband Herman (anagram of Erhnam).

Have an interesting fact about the tribe?  Let me know here!
