a knack for writing Magic?
7/23/06 - As always, MDV is looking for
writers and editors that are interesting in Magic: the Gathering.
If you play casual magic and enjoy writing about it, you would be
perfect for the position. There are always positions available
whether it be a freelance writer or an author that specializes in single
card strategies, rumors, card creation, theory or whatever. If you
are interested, please contact Death_By_Beebles and/or Streetz with a
sample of your writing. If approved, you will be added to Writer's
Guild of MDV. In short time, you could see your writings published
on Magic Deck Vortex!

needs a 'known' writer to review Celixia!
5/2/06 - I am looking for a known MTG
writer/columnist to write a review article for my fictional card set:
Celixia (Visual
Spoiler with Text). When I say "known" I mean someone that has
written for another site on the web -- someone who knows Magic well and
someone that can provide an entertaining review of the set from
everything to the cards to the mechanics to even the artwork --
honestly. I have asked some popular columnists @ MTG.COM,
Londes.com and others, but no one has time. If you have time and
are willing to be pubished on MDV, please send me an
email. If you haven't written before but think you can pull
this off, please also email me. I may be willing to even pay the
writer for their time. Let me know. And thanks for visiting

Vortex? Just let me know. If you join the forum and express
an interest in writing for MDV, I will add you to the MDV Writer's Guild
(where you can discuss your article ideas with other MDV writers).
Otherwise, just send me an article and you never know.. it may be
posted. Mind you there are guidelines for submitting articles to
MDV, but I can discuss that with you if you are truly interested. Please

- With all of MDV's writers busy with school, MDV is yet again making a
call out to all of you visitors. If you would like to see your
writings on M:tG published on a website or if you just want an outlet to
talk about Magic in general, now is your chance. MDV is looking
for writers like you. Currently, MDV is looking to fill the following shoes for
writers:
- Art Critique Writer
(Once or more every two months)
- Featured Card Writer
(Once a month or more)
- Featured
Mechanic Writer (Once a month of more)
- Casual Deck Fundamentals (whenever)
- Group Deck Fundamentals (whenever)
- History of Magic (whenever)
- Fictional Cards
(maybe once a month of more)
- Misc. Magic Writings/Blogs (whenever)

up MDV's pages with cool insights, opinions, decks, art critiques and
more. Currently, MDV is looking to fill the following shoes for
writers:
- Art Critique Writer
(Once or more every two months)
- Featured Card Writer
(Once a month or more)
- Featured
Mechanic Writer (Once a month of more)
- Casual Deck Fundamentals (whenever)
- Group Deck Fundamentals (whenever)
- History of Magic (whenever)

Mind you I already have a few people who have

new position open on Magic Deck Vortex... to be an art critic for art
featured on Magic: the Gathering cards. Your article and comments
will be featured in the 'Art Spotlights' section of MDV (under
art). If you like art and like to write
